Heritage Skills Development Centre (HSDC) warmly invites working professionals to join our FREE three-week training series on Better Workplaces for Women. The focus is centered around: Empowering Caregivers through Dignity, Safety, and Respect in the Workplace.
This interactive training is designed to support professionals in building safer, more respectful, and inclusive workplaces. While the training is open to all professionals, those working in caregiving roles such as PSWs, support workers, and frontline staff are especially encouraged to participate, as these roles often face higher levels of workplace stress, aggression, and harassment.
Training Dates: April 9, 16, and 23, 2026
Time: 3:30 – 5:30 PM
Location: Zoom
Certificate: A certificate from the Canadian Equality Consulting and Heritage Skills Development Centre will be provided upon successful completion
If you are interested in participating, please register here: https://forms.gle/Kt3bNB26RruTxJrJ6

• Practical strategies to respond to challenging workplace situations
• Ways to promote dignity, empathy, and respect at work
• Tools to help create safer and more inclusive care environments
• How to build confidence and advocate for yourself and others
This training offers a supportive space to learn, reflect, and share experiences with others who are committed to improving workplace culture.
