Easter Sunday just got a whole lot more delicious. The Madison Bar & Grill in Hoboken is hosting a beautifully spread Easter brunch buffet on April 5th from 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM and your whole family is invited.
The morning kicks off with freshly baked breads and pastries before moving into a raw bar stacked with shrimp, clams, oysters and tuna sashimi. Warm up with a bowl of carrot ginger asparagus soup with lemon before diving into brunch classics including Eggs Benedict, Eggs Florentine, French Toast Casserole, Applewood Bacon and Breakfast Sausage alongside a generous cheese and charcuterie display.
The carving station brings the wow factor with slow roasted Prime Rib and Goffle Farm Turkey Breast. Madison crowd favorites fill out the rest of the table including mini meatballs in marinara, penne vodka, chicken francese, salmon with lemon white wine and capers and fresh bar pies.
Dessert is a full celebration on its own. The chocolate fountain comes loaded with strawberries, bananas, marshmallows and cake bites. Round it out with apple pie, coconut pie, cherry pie, Ghirardelli brownies, mini pastries and the Easter table classic Pizza Rustica.
