Study, Practice, and Learn to Teach
The course covers more than 170 classical Hatha Yoga asanas, pranayama, meditation, anatomy, yoga philosophy, alignment, adjustments, and teaching methodology. A major part of the training is supervised teaching practice, giving you repeated opportunities to teach, receive feedback, and build confidence before graduation.
