About the Conference

For more than six decades, this much-loved event has been known as the Armidale CLE Conference. In 2026, it proudly steps forward under a new name — the Regional NSW CLE Conference — reflecting its enduring commitment to serving practitioners right across regional New South Wales while continuing the Armidale tradition of high-quality, practice-focused CPD.

This two-day program features 10 expertly curated sessions covering 7 substantive law units and 3 compulsory subjects, designed so you can complete your full CPD year in one event. With dual streams across key areas, including property, commercial, family, estate planning and rural law, you’ll have the flexibility to tailor your experience to your practice interests while gaining valuable updates, practical guidance, and risk management insights tailored to the realities of regional practice. The program also includes a Lawcover ethics session that qualifies as a Maintenance Event under the Lawcover Risk Management Education Program, helping eligible practitioners maintain their premium discount.

Attend in Armidale or online and enjoy on-demand access to all session recordings, so you can revisit presentations or catch up on any you miss.

Feedback

Last year’s conference scored an overall satisfaction rate of 4.7 out of 5!

I found the quality and content especially well presented, interesting and relevant.
As per every year, for the past 11 years, outstanding!!! All the topics I chose were so relevant to my practice. Looking forward to next year.
The conference is a highlight of the professional year, an opportunity to catch up face to face with colleagues and an invaluable (and enjoyable) means of keeping abreast of developments in the law.
Only death will prevent me from attending next year!!

CPD Certificate

Delegates attending the conference will earn their 10 CPD units for the current CPD year including the 3 compulsory subjects.
